CASE STUDY "THE PUBLIC'S ADJUSTER"

With only a Staples business card and his self-created letterhead, Todd Moler began to run his business from his home office. He saw potential to grow and knew he needed to look more professional. He was looking to have a logo created for his company, and a mutual client referred silviagraphics to Todd. A great mutual business relationship started!

LOGO

The logo identifies a business in its simplest form via the use of a mark or icon.

Together we agreed that the logo needed to communicate justice and fairness to express the correct balance between the property owner and the insurance company. silviagraphics presented 3 different logo drafts, and together we discussed them and decided which one worked best for his business. He needed something unique and iconic. The above logo became the company icon. The colors relate to most important claims in his business: water and fire damage.

The logo also had to work when placed on black or white as well as in black and white to serve all Todd's branding purposes.

The logo has to work with the business name to enforce the branding campaign.

BRANDING

The fundamental idea and core concept behind having a 'corporate image' is that everything a company - small or large - does, everything it owns, and everything it produces should reflect the values and aims of the business as a whole.

The first step was his business card. Despite its relatively small size, a business card can be critical to the development of your small business: Since business cards are often handed to prospects and customers, they can be a highly personalized form of marketing.

Step-by-step we built a full identity campaign: Stationery and marketing products are now helping to increase awareness of Todd's new business.

silviagraphics developed the new website for TPA, placing the business high in Google rankings through effective search engine optimization (SEO). We linked and branded his Facebook and twitter page.

Informational brochures give new clients an insight of how TPA works.

Simple lawn signs placed on clients' properties have increased the branding recognition very effectively.

Due the nature of the business, branded apparel increases trust and credibility with the clients, and increases awareness of the business.

RESULTS

Todd Moler knows that using all the branding products is a great marketing strategy. In a little over 2 years, his business has grown exponentially, and he currently has over 10 full-time and several part-time employees. Currently we are working on a new light box outdoor sign for his new office building.

"I originally hired Silvia to design a business card.... But when I saw what she came up with, I expanded the scope of her work to collaborate with me to design a new logo and letterhead. I was so happy with the way she worked with me and her creative and effective ideas, I asked that she totally redesign my web page. I now have the best website in my industry!
